Weight Loss Diva’s is an online resource for healthy weight loss tips. Besides pregnancy I’ve never really had a problem with weight loss however I’ve assisted many family and friends achieve their goals of weight loss.
They were the ones that lost the weight I merely served as a supportive guide to assist, when needed, to help them lose weight. My focus is on healthy eating habits which is an important part of losing weight and keeping it off.
There are some people that are on medication that can actually add to their additional weight. I had a co-worker who faced this predicament in those cases your weight loss might be slower.
Many people struggle with the ways they view food and themselves I believe it’s important that you change both views this can be extremely challenging any people have eaten a particular way for months or years and at times people can be very unkind to those that struggle with weight loss.
